Losing weight is a popular goal during the month of January. But having a goal is one thing, accomplishing it is another. The key to slimming down is to turn consistent exercise and healthy eating into a habit. To help you get started on your weight loss goals, Evolve gym is challenging you to a six week weight loss competition! Entering is easy. The challenge only requires that you weigh in twice (your start day and final day), and contribute $20 toward the cash prize.


Why enter the weight loss challenge? Having a timeline, some friendly competition, and a supportive fitness center will encourage you to lose more weight than you would on your own. How you want to go about losing weight is up to you. However, past competition winners who successfully lost weight followed a nutrition plan and training program by an experienced Evolve personal trainer. There are many training plans available, from one-on-one individual training sessions, to a more independent style of group training with circuits set up by one of our personal trainers. Also available are two group exercise classes: Thighs, Butts, and Gutts, and Bootcamp. The cost per class is $10 or FREE if you sign up with a personal trainer for individual or group training. Having a workout plan and someone to hold you accountable will help you reach your fitness goals.


Grab your friends and family and head to Evolve gym this week to join the weight loss challenge! The winner who loses the greatest total % body weight will be announced February 24. Get ready to drop some lbs!
