This is one of the best fitness classes Huntington Beach has to offer. It is designed to target the trouble-areas we struggle with. We put on weight in these areas as we settle into our careers and lifestyle. That is why the Thighs, Butts, and Guts workout was created. This class involves the use of light weights along with higher repetitions to help you focus on muscular endurance and strengthen your abdomen.
