Semi-Private Training

All the benefits of one-on-one training without emptying your wallet! How is this different than individual training? Semi-private means that when you arrive for your gym session, your personal trainer will work with you and up to two other members at the same time. Each member does his or her own exercises and the personal trainer is there to guide members through their workouts. You do not need to provide your own group. If there is no other member at the same time as you, you will work one-on-one with your personal trainer. Evolve Gym’s innovative semi-private training style incorporates the advantages of working with a personal trainer to increase your endurance, build strength, improve balance, promote flexibility, and boost your overall level of fitness. We customize your training sessions based on your own fitness level so you will not necessarily be doing the same moves as other members. These sessions are offered Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM so you can train at whatever time is convenient in your busy schedule. Individual Personal Training

One-on-one training with an experienced and motivating personal trainer so you can achieve your healthy and fit body. Slim down, shape up, and achieve results during one hour workout sessions with an Evolve personal trainer. You can even buddy train with a loved-one! This rate is available to split between couples or a friend. We offer these sessions as early as 6:00 AM all the way to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and some availability on Saturdays. Basic Gym Membership

Tired of the long waits at all the chain gyms? Use our state of the art equipment for training on your own. No, wait times on the equipment, spot assists and music that you like! This is the standard public usage for membership at Evolve Gym. The time frame for this package is 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Thighs, Butts and Gutts!

This is one of the best fitness classes Huntington Beach has to offer. It is designed to target the trouble-areas we struggle with. We put on weight in these areas as we settle into our careers and lifestyle. That is why the Thighs, Butts, and Guts workout was created. This class involves the use of light weights along with higher repetitions to help you focus on muscular endurance and strengthen your abdomen.

This is a 50-minute-steady-paced group workout. You should start to notice a difference with your strength and physique in just 2 weeks. See our schedule and book your class this week! Evolve Gym members can participate for FREE!

Indoor Boot Camp!

This 50 min fast paced class is based on a full body workout which includes small weights, bands and agility exercises. We typically start the class with some light stretching and a short run. Every week is completely different the last as is the entire structure of the workout. One thing for sure is that is shakes up the normal routine and shocks the body. Just visiting Orange County and want to workout? No problem, day passes are available for out-of-town guests and friends of current members at the rate of $10 per day and/or $25 per week (Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
