Looking for a fun new challenge to test yourself?  This one we named the Hundredaire.  It consists of completing 100 reps of four different exercises and is to be done in under 20 min if you can.  Check out the workout below as well as the current records:

  1. 100 Body Squats
  2. 100 Push Ups (on knees for girls)
  3. 100 Pull Ups (jumping pull ups for girls)
  4. 100 Hanging knee raises (for abs)

You can pick whatever exercise you want and in any order.  However, you have to complete all 100 reps before moving on to the next exercise.  Come on, who wants to be a Hundredaire?!
