– No IPods necessary at Evolve. We will play your favorite bands and genre of music on our speaker system for you. No need to get tangled in earphones, wear armbands, or worry about your IPod falling off the cardio machine. We can even customize your own Spotify station and add any songs you’d like during your training session.


– You will not regret working out when you are finished. Think about how good you will feel after you are done exercising.


– Stressed during the holidays? Boss giving you extra work? Take out all your frustration at the gym. Our trainers might even let you punch them, with gloves on of course.


– Do you like being able to button your pants? Let’s keep it that way!


– We have a training session customized just for you. All you have to do is show up and then we will show you what to do. Our trainers make individual programs and develop exercises to get you maximum results.
